Ask one question at session start: "What are we working on today?" Your answer becomes the session name — 2026-05-11 — Project Name — and orients everything that follows. No more unnamed sessions.

Mid-session, something clicks. Type /idea — no arguments. Claude looks back at the conversation, finds what was clever, writes it up in plain English, and logs it to a database. You never break flow. You never lose the insight.

/harvest
For the backlog. Open an old unnamed session, paste one prompt, and Claude figures out the actual date, suggests the right name, and extracts any ideas worth keeping. 30 seconds per session. When you're done, your sidebar is clean and dated.
